I have seen my community in India on the frontlines of the climate crisis. Facing a life of climate change related diseases. Where, at any point, floods or fires or even major winds could destroy everything their life is composed of.

The Federal Court's overturning of @sussanley 's duty of care last week shattered me. But what shattered me more was when I walked over to one of my lawyers after, who was standing alone.
She said "I'm sorry."
