Just a thought, sharing something interesting I recently came across.

Lately, my attention has been drawn to $U1 @Umbrae_Ignis , a project building DLMM (Dynamic Liquidity Market Making) for @solana and EVM chains.
That curiosity pushed me to go deeper into AMMs vs DLMMs, and honestly, it’s surprising how few projects are actually working on this advanced version of market making.

Let’s break this down step by step.

Understanding AMM (Automated Market Maker)

In a traditional AMM:
•When you provide liquidity, your funds are spread across the entire price range in a fixed ratio.
•You earn fees only if price stays within that active range.

But this model has some fundamental inefficiencies:

Most of the liquidity you provide is never used.
Only liquidity near the current price actually earns fees.

If price moves sharply (which crypto does), LPs suffer.
3.Higher slippage

Lower capital efficiency, lower volumes, and limited appeal for serious liquidity providers.

Enter DLMM (Dynamic Liquidity Market Making)

DLMM is essentially an evolution of AMM design.

Instead of spreading liquidity everywhere:

•These bins are concentrated at or near the market price
•Liquidity moves dynamically with price, instead of staying static

What this changes fundamentally:

•Much higher capital efficiency
•Better yields on deployed liquidity

Given how critical volatility management, slippage reduction, and capital efficiency are for the next phase of DeFi, this is a narrative worth tracking closely.

Final Thought

DLMM isn’t just a minor upgrade
it’s a structural improvement to how on-chain liquidity works.

If DeFi wants:
•Institutional participation
•Sustainable LP yields
•Deep, efficient markets

Static AMMs won’t be enough.

expecting something similar if not exactly same..technically, this would be a deviation(the way it happened at 74k~)

which means 102k remains the local bottom and any wick below that let's say 97k-98k would just be a deviation

this pattern can been spotted multiple times right from 15k bear market bottom till now

all in all i expect december and january bullish for $btc and crypto in general(including selective alts)
