I think everyone forgets that Aidan Kearney got ALL his charges during a Boston police officer’s MURDER case.

*This would be called an Aggravating Circumstance. This takes the statute from 10 years per count (wit. Int) to 20 years per count. Judges usually allow concurrent sentences (especially a first time offender - but this is a police officer’s murder case) - ouch, tough place to be…

I wonder who will give witness impact statements if this actually goes to trial.. because it will matter in a case like this!

My advice - Be ready to have some REAL good mitigating circumstances. (Seeing that Kearney just keeps the pedal to the metal.. good luck with all that Bederow!)

When he is found GUILTY of W.I. Of Julie Nagel and Colin Albert - the judge will max him at 20 yrs across the board regardless of all that he is found guilty of - IMO.. which is truly a gift. Yes, my prediction is all his charges running concurrently (Thankfully for him) and getting 20 years total.

Anything under 20 years is a total gift. Good behavior - and doing all of those classes and credits would get TB a max of 180 days per 365 days of good credit. Parole Board eligibility after 9.5 years but if you keep getting denied you will be maxed out at 15.4 years (if you do all those credits and shit ;) )

But don’t worry, I have all the confidence in the world that The Glarer will hold it down for ya! See ya back at it in 2037, if you are lucky..

Edrick Faust was wrongly convicted on the 2001 murder of Tara Baker today. The amount of reasonable doubt was beyond enough to acquit. Georgia basically had a modern day lynching today #edrickfaust #tarabaker
