What Cyril Ramaphosa and Fikile Mbalula are doing to Mam Thoko Didiza is very cruel.
Her insistence to defend the indefensible will destroy your good legacy.
At the rate that she is going, she is likely to find herself in the wilderness like Mam Baleka Mbete, and Mam Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula.
Thatโs the selfishness of men in the ANC. They commit crimes on their own, and ask women to come defend their mess, thereafter dispose of them.
@MbhazimawaGaza@Knick_RSA They got money from the same people who are sponsoring you and paying you to act like youโre African. We all know itโs a European behind your account

Zulus in KZN attacked this brother calling him a "Shangane", even though he is a South African ๐๐๐๐
@cecild84 Notice how jacinta's post are more aligned with the far right in Europe and at times her account forgets to be black.
The funders are the same the agenda is the same.
You're already accusing the protestors of "enforcing the law" through violence before the march has even started. Is there no end to your sheer ignorance and arrogance?
Another major governance problem in the NYDA is that there are essentially 3 CEOs.
I donโt understand why we need an Executive Board Chair and Executive Board Deputy Chair when the Youth Agency already has a CEO.
The Board is way too operational!
Worse the Board Chairperson says that the Executive Management Committee (EMC) meets every 3 months. How can an operation committee meet every 3 months?
Fundamentals of Corporate Governance are clear that the Board should provide oversight, while the CEO manages the day to day affairs of the entity.
I actually feel very sorry for the CEO, who must navigate competing centres of authority.
Though, itโs a historic policy issue that predates this Board, my suspicion is that the ANC created this structure to give politicians in the Board more grip over the operations of the entity. Thatโs how the stealing starts!
