Growing up, one thing that was absolutely not allowed in our house was mini skirts.
My mum raised lots of daughters, and we always had relatives living with us too. But trousers? Those were perfectly fine, no issues at all.
Fast forward to today, and all of us are ridiculously shy when it comes to wearing short dresses. As for me, the only skirts you'll find in my wardrobe are native skirts!
Funny how some childhood rules stay with you forever. ๐
