@LloydsBank I did the AI chat then after 35 minutes, a ‘human’ responded; a further 40 minutes later, the human tells me that they can’t deal with my query unless I go into a bank …. What bloody bank, you have shut all of the local branches. Your customer service absolutely stinks 😡
