🚨 ATHLETES: YOU ARE THE BRAND! 🏈🏀

Your talent may get you noticed, but your CHARACTER helps determine how far your opportunities can take you.

How you carry yourself ON the field matters. How you conduct yourself OFF the field matters just as much.

📌 Coaches are watching.
📌 Recruiters are paying attention.
📌 Brands want athletes they can trust.
📌 Your social media tells a story about you.

Building a brand isn’t just about followers, highlights, or going viral. It’s about your reputation, discipline, leadership, work ethic, and how you represent yourself when nobody is watching.

YOU are the most important brand you’ll ever build. Learn how to represent it, protect it, and make it valuable.

RAG is here to help athletes prepare for opportunities on and off the field.

Parents and student athletes, know the rules!

The NCAA removed SAT and ACT scores from its Division I and II initial eligibility requirements in January 2023. However, individual colleges may still require test scores for admission or certain scholarships.

Don’t assume eligibility means admission! Check the requirements of every school you’re considering and make sure you have the right information before making decisions about your future.

Players. Listen to me.
Jalen Hurts had a blood clot in his calf. The team found it on an ultrasound in London. Cleared him to play anyway.
Now that clot has traveled to his lungs. Both of them. His season is over.
That's a franchise QB. A Super Bowl starter. If it can happen to him, it can happen to you.
Nobody in that building feels your body but you. Speak up. Ask questions. Get a second opinion.
And keep your family close. They love the person, not the player.
The game will move on without you. Your family won't.
Protect yourself. 🙏🏾

🏈🏀 ATHLETES & PARENTS: KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!

Your high school GPA is NOT necessarily your NCAA eligibility GPA.

The NCAA calculates core course GPA using approved core courses, not simply every class on your transcript.

Know your numbers. Check your courses. Protect your recruiting opportunities.

Don’t wait until senior year to find out you’re behind.

Mental health matters just as much as physical health.

Athletes deal with a lot that people don’t always see. The pressure to perform, school, injuries, recruiting, social media, expectations from coaches and parents, losing, winning, and trying to figure out life at the same time.

The ups and downs can take a real toll mentally.

That’s why sports therapy and having someone you can talk to matters. You don’t have to wait until you’re struggling badly to ask for help.

Being mentally strong doesn’t mean you never struggle. It means you know when to speak up and get the support you need.

At RAG, we believe in supporting the whole athlete, not just what happens on the field or court.

Got a few college coaches asking me who I've got coming up, so I'm building out my next group of recruits 🏈

If you're in the class of 2027, 2028 or 2029 and you've got the size, I want to see you play.

Here's roughly what programs are looking for:
Linemen: 6'3" or taller on offense, 6'2" or taller on the D line and at edge
Linebackers: at least 6'1"
Receivers: at least 6'1", tight ends 6'2"
Defensive backs: 6'0" or better

Drop your film in my DMs along with your grad year, position, height, weight and GPA. I go through everything personally. If I see something I can work with, you'll hear from me.

To all the high school athletes playing tonight, have a great game!

Play fast. Play physical. Play smart. Do everything you can to help your team win. Be a teammate. Be a leader.

When adversity hits, take two seconds, breathe, reset, and get your mind right. If you need to, use the next series to refocus and respond.

Represent yourself, your family, and your school the right way. Play with effort, discipline, and pride.

Have a great night. Be blessed. We watching you. 👀🏈

[Bert Robinson @BertInspires]

Why does Your film matters? Recruiters look at countless films and time is important. Your film should be like a movie trailer. Exciting and impactful. #Recruiting #Highschool

[Bert Robinson @BertInspires]

The Protect College Sports Act raises serious antitrust questions. It could give the NCAA limited protection from antitrust liability while allowing it to regulate athlete compensation, eligibility and transfers.

After years of antitrust litigation, including the House case, this deserves close attention. College athletes and their families need to understand exactly what this legislation could mean for athlete rights and control over college sports.

[Bert Robinson @BertInspires]

Parents and athletes: don’t wait until junior or senior year to start thinking about NCAA eligibility.

Academic eligibility starts early in high school. Taking the right NCAA approved core courses, staying on track with your grades, and understanding the 10/7 requirement before it becomes urgent can make a major difference later.

Your athletic ability may get attention, but your academic record helps determine whether you can actually compete at the next level.

Plan early. Know your courses. Stay on track.
