The Supreme Court of Canada recognized a strong chance of good faith negotiations not occurring and acknowledged a provinces right for UDI if Canada or other parties fail to negotiate in good faith. The clarity act does not trump the SCofC ruling, so yeah, in event Canada will not negotiate in good faith, a UDI will be used, the USA will recognize us as well you can thank that anti semite bozo Carney for recognizing Palestine as an independent state without even having defined borders. I’m sure Israel would be quite happy to reciprocate for Alberta.
