At this week’s Morton West Fire Science Club, we reviewed the history of 9/11 & the impact it had within the fire service. We had an engaging discussion about the Zadroga Act & how long it took the @FDNY & other first responders to receive benefits & compensation.

This week, we attended the @Morton201 Open House to inform students about our upcoming Fire Science Club that we will be hosting this school year. This hands-on activity gives students an experience to see what it takes to become a Berwyn firefighter/paramedic.

Yesterday, your @CityofBerwyn Firefighters attended the @berwyn98 Back To School event at Jefferson School. We passed out fire safety pamphlets to the adults & goodie bags for the students. It was great to engage with our community!
