The agricultural activities conducted by Bonga University in conjunction with the teaching & learning process are outstanding. Using improved seeds, the institution grows teff, coffee, other fruits and dairy products while conducting livestock and fish farming. (1/2)

We looked at the Shebe Sono Woreda part of the Kishe cluster rice production that spans 3 woredas in Jimma Zone. The degree of productivity illustrates how our country, in exchange for our efforts, bestows the blessings of her lushness on us.

In Jimma City, we visited a 10-hectare intercropping farm. The farm, run by a youthful energy, includes fruit and vegetable production, fish farming, and beekeeping, displaying smart land usage. (1/2)

I attended the inaugural ceremony of the bakery built by the Office of the First Lady in Agaro. The office's commitment to education, as well as work to promote food security in cities, is noteworthy.
