Today:
took the car around to the valet centre, just for a wash.
Back and Mum and i took our little walk.
When we returned, i stayed out and did a bit of weeding-with the help of the neighbour's cat.
Once inside, i mopped the floors.
Tonight i am happy to get to see Springwatch.
Today:
Mum and i were able to take our little walk.
I then did a spot of dusting.
Later, i drove back into Scarborough, for both needed and treat shopping-
got some nice M&S goodies for tea.
Home and i managed to get a bit more weeding done in the garden.
Lynne came after lunch.
Today was a good one:
first thing, super Scarborough Skoda fixed my car's fan.
Mum and i could then take a drive into town, to partake of lunch at Walker's cafe.
Home and i managed a quick spider web sweep, inside the bungalow and weeding in the garden.
Enjoyed a call with sis.
Today: began with a usual shopping run, to Morrisons.
Mum and i made a regular trip to the local Dean's garden centre, for lunch in the cafe.
Once home, i topped up the bird baths and did a bit of trimming and weeding.
This evening i enjoyed a video call with Scotland and Italy.
Today:
I arrived, back in Scarborough.
Not too bad a drive down, bit misty and damp over the moors...just as well Dundee Skoda had fixed my windscreen wiper.
Neighbours Mick and Trish popped over to see Mum and i. Mick keeps Mum's grass very tidy.
I've raided more of Dad's books.
Today: some admin and tidying.
Got out and weeded. @Wookieelover101 joined me, cut back in the orchard and discovered previously lost cherry tree and gooseberry bush.
I also walked down to the nain Co-op, at the other end of Carnoustie.
Now waiting for cricket and music night.
Today:
How beautiful is this cover?
It's from my first ever edition of the Orwell Society Journal.
I will take it to show Mum, she loves a steam train.
In other news...did a tad bit of weeding.
I am missing a walk, as i am awaiting the cricket highlights, followed by Springwatch.
Today:
back to the Golf hotel, for a scone and tea.
Home and did a bit more weeding, before the rain came on.
@Wookieelover101 walked to the main Co-op, at the other end of Carnoustie.
I only went as far as the pharmacy, to gain relief from both athlete's foot and a mouth ulcer.
@realTomEvans Thank you. I have always thought that he should be instructed not to do this. It is patronising, rude and unsporting. If he did it when I was on, he would be told! The money they are paid should at least buy good manners.
