Why is this not enforced! It is meant to be illegal! Close the borders. Stay home & save lives

You cancelled my flight from Mru to London Nov 24 & rescheduled it a day later. You advised trade partners to claim for the extra night yet 9 months on & constant to/fro still no refund.discharge form etc sent. As a trade partner it’s so disappointing shame on you!

You cancelled my flight home on the 14th Nov, so an extra night in a hotel was necessary, please have the courtesy to answer your emails regarding reimbursement.
A cancelled flight is always a disappointment, but to ignore your client’s emails are unacceptable.

How can @EurofinsS a Covid testing company which claims to provide day 2 tests that are mandatory for inbound travel, charge me £200 but don’t even bother to send the tests.
