@DublinAirport I flew EI158 from Dublin to Heathrow at 09:45 on Wednesday, May 8th. I was wearing a necklace with the initials E and S on it and it may have fallen off whilst going through security. Is there any chance it was handed in? It's of very sentimental value. Thank you.

@eir Absolutely appalling service trying to cancel my parents' EIR account following their passing last year. Filled out bereavement form on December 13th, rang them on January 4th as money still coming out of their account. On the phone again today as money still being taken!
