The West has spent 80 years and burned trillions on endless government programs and social engineering trying to prove this man wrong but racial differences remain stubbornly genetic:

White ~100 IQ
Black ~85 IQ

That’s Western blacks who carry some European DNA (~24% in the US).

Sub Saharan African averages range from 70-80 IQ.

The IQ of mixed-race children falls roughly intermediate between the two ethnic groups.
Which is to be expected… it’s genetic.

So when Whites have children with Africans they handicap their children by around 8-15 IQ points.

Black people are also more aggressive and violent than Whites, they have less impulse control, much higher in criminality, less future oriented with lower executive function and slower processing speeds, etc, etc…

Other races differ in different ways.

It’s genetic.
