54 minutes... and finally solved, with a link to a website that was not provided anywhere else. Probably you can fix this with tech on your website! A load of time wasted for a so-far happy customer.

@ankurnagpal Not rxactly sure why rich people don’t want to pay tax. You don’t get your trash picked up? Don’t use water to wash in? Don’t need the police if someone breaks into your house? These things are paid by taxes. Avoiding tax when you’re earning millions is just low level.
I was in the market for a new car, and it was down to two options: one gas, one electric.
LOVE the electric car experience, but we already have one, which was a consideration.
But a persistent concern?
"What if there's a catastrophic event and someone destroys the electrical grid? Then what? I have a car I can't drive?"
Spouse: "If that happens, we have much bigger problems."
This statement has since freed me of so much mental and emotional clutter (that often comes with the what-ifs of worst-case scenarios 😆)
If we're in WW3, being able to get to Target for shampoo is going to be the least of my worries.
Perspective for the win.
