@__Soaring_ claims to be an “Undoer of all Pantses”. I am only tweeting this as an advisory to all wearers of pants to remain ever vigilant in his presence. Who knows when he will strike.
@__Soaring_ {He was resting his shoulder against the doorframe, arms folded across his narrow chest}
I would have knocked, if you’d closed the door.
{Clearly he’d been watching the bird man struggle his way through Jeanist’s wardrobe a bit longer than he let on.}
Despite himself, Jeanist’s focus occasionally wandered. Considering what he’d done and reprehending himself for giving in to Hawks’ childish whims. He could have ignored him, he should have, but he had to admit that there’d been a bit of curiosity on his part as well.

@__Soaring_ Jeanist leaned forward and crowded Hawks back into his seat as he reached around and unhitched the seat handle. The passenger seat eased back beneath their weight and Jeanist hovered over the smaller man, “this is fine,” he said.
His collar parted and he pressed—
@__Soaring_ “I would like to remove my seatbelt first,” he said as he released the strap and turned, clearly not as hurried as Hawks. He liked to take his time.
@__Soaring_ “I’m not,” he promised, “just curious.”
There weren’t many places to park, the city was cramped and lots were small, few and far between. However, they managed to find a space in the far corner of a department store parking area, just out of sight of passersby.
@__Soaring_ His brow arched, not that Hawks could see it behind his bangs, but there certainly was a look.
“You sound busy.” Not that he didn’t appreciate the preparedness, but only wishful-thinkers or philanderers kept their stock handy.
@__Soaring_ “In the car?” He wasn’t keen about the idea, not when he considered the cleanup thereafter and the possible stains.
Explaining himself to a detailer would be a nightmare.
@__Soaring_ “And what are you proposing we do about that?” He slowed to a traffic light and waited while pedestrians crossed the street; most didn’t notice them, though he caught the occasional point or wave and waved in return.
@__Soaring_ “I seem to have made quite the impression,” he found Hawks’ obvious lust for him to be rather amusing and he couldn’t help but smile behind the cover of his collar.
@__Soaring_ “I could redesign your suit, if your current one’s not meeting your needs?” Jeanist side-eyed the hand on his thigh, then briefly glanced at the man next to him. “If…”
“… that truly is a concern of yours.”
@__Soaring_ He shifted gears and proceeded down the street, eventually merging with busier traffic.
“You would have flown the coop, of course.” Best Jeanist pointed out matter-of-factly.
