@PolicyEngineer And rightfully so that they should share the cost. The efficient wind generators in NYS are currently generating 18MW! That is .9 watts per resident, including those north of NYC.

@wxbywilliams I like to see the data. Is this correct? From that link it shows no months over 20% capacity for this facility. How does that make money or is it the renewable energy credits that they make their money from?
