2030 guard prospect Gage Stepich out of Kapaun Mt. Carmel Catholic High School is a true floor general with a high-level feel for the game. Standing at 5’10” with a 3.7 GPA, Stepich controls the pace with the ball on a tight string, effortlessly maneuvering through defenders with his elite handle and shiftiness. Playing with Stay Sober Elite, his greatest strength is his playmaking ability, delivering flashy, creative passes while consistently making the right reads. Despite being a pass-first guard, he can score at will thanks to his speed, efficient three-point shooting, and ability to finish strong off two feet in traffic. Stepich is also a scholar in the classroom, earning him academic all district honors.

Defensively, he’s a sneaky, pesky on-ball defender who excels at jumping passing lanes and creating steals with his quick hands and anticipation. His poise, decision-making, and creativity make him one of the more intriguing young point guards in the 2030 class. During the live period, he will be playing in Houston TX.
