@Betee222 Changing prices is never an easy decision, which is why, unlike other providers, this is our first cable price change in 18 months. We know 2020 was a difficult year for many people and so we decided not to rise our cable prices last year.

No service on Tivo box for 24 hours, no response from helpline, no service updates online @virginmedia what a $hit show and not even received notification of the price hike everyone else is tweeting about... Will look forward to that... In the meantime a new box and a refund plz
