@PacSun leadership is equally as committed to customer service as the agent who packaged this glaringly damaged sweater??? I will NEVER give any business to PacSun again.

@PacSun This company took my money and KNOWINGLY shipped a damaged product. Now, they will not answer the customer service phone (877-372-2786) even during their 4-hour window. Their chat agent finally agreed to replace the product and ship it overnight. HOWEVER, Marvin failed to mention
I ordered Pizza Hut delivery June 4. It never was delivered. I’ve contacted their “customer satisfaction” (hahahahahahahahah) hotline FIVE times and received nothing but excuses. PH took my money in a heartbeat but won’t give it back.
