Interesting to see the changes made to the Deputy Standards which will hopefully provide further clarity to both professional and lay deputies when managing someone’s affairs.

A refreshed set of standards have been published to help all court appointed deputies in delivering their duties.

They’re clearer, more focused, and now also apply to lay deputies.
