@CurrysServices I have messaged on both facebook and instagram and just getting automated responses. How do I make a complaint and get a response via email? I have also noticed my device is cracked since repair.
@CurrysServices I've had to take my new laptop to currys repairs 3 times now. First time they said its software, it didnt fix the issue. Second time they said it was a screen issue so replaced it, it didnt fix the issue. I've just collected it for the third time from store &(...)
Awful customer experience. Firstly reporting the issue as not intermittent when I explicitly told him it was. On the second repair they didn't send the pin login I provided to the repair team. Third time, the staff at the repair desk said no more than 5 words to me.
The person on the phone had no access to repair data, told me to go back to store.
The laptop is less than a year old. This is the third repair. Why am I not being told what was diagnosed by the repair team and what was fixed? Why can nobody tell me who to speak to to find out?

@DerbyUni I still haven't been told when I my MA course starts, how do I find this out please? It is supposedly "September entry" but I need to give notice to my workplace for my changing schedule! Admissions aren't answering my emails or calls over the last month!
