@springfieldNL I think there’s an error in this story
- 14 days prior to Labor Day isn’t the 17th like mentioned
“Under state law, SPS could start the school year as early as Monday, Aug. 17 next but employees have been adamantly opposed to starting on a Monday.”
@freedomspeaks87@NicholeLemmon@officialSPS You do realize that not all teachers are in the clear to come back to work in person due to their own illness, quarantine or family’s Illness right? Should City Council adopt the new flag design proposed by the Springfield Identity Project? There are multiple ways you can provide your feedback through Jan. 7. Online at https://t.co/bZgEQ5BQt5. By phone by calling 864-1888. Or on paper at several locations across SGF.
Good news, our rolling 5-day average for new COVID-19 cases is demonstrating a downward trend. Please recall that we implemented our face covering ordinance on July 16th. My conclusion? Masking works. Keep up the good work Springfield, this is how we avoid further restrictions.
@EricM797 @4by4Brewingco We used to frequent 4 by 4 weekly as a family. We haven’t since the announcement because our son wants to play games with his parents like corn hole and ping pong.
@EricM797 @4by4Brewingco It’s a shame you couldn’t address it directly with the children and parents that caused the policy instead of penalizing the ones that respected the games and your establishment.
