@lastminute_com still waiting for authorisation on a refund that Qatar airways granted on March 17th. Why are you refusing to process this? Or even acknowledge it. Laughing down the phone and calling us liars.

Still waiting for @lastminute_com to grant the refund our airline had authorised 3 weeks ago!! Instead ignoring questions and demanding we get our own proof from the airline. Bull****.

@lastminute_com absolutely disgusting service on your call line. FCO recommending no travel unless absolutely necessary yet last minute will not offer a refund for my flights! Due to travel tomorrow and still no further with getting a cancellation!
