Democratic Senate candidate Angie Nixon is facing a CRIMINAL REFERRAL for allegedly omitting more than $31,000 in IRS and student-loan debt from a required Senate financial disclosure.

Nixon wants to raise YOUR taxes while publicly complaining about paying her own IRS bill and declaring that she didn’t want to repay her student loans.

Nixon, a Jacksonville Democratic Socialist, is challenging Republican Sen. Ashley Moody. She supports Medicare for All, higher taxes on wealthy Americans and a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants.

The National Legal and Policy Center submitted the referral to Attorney General Todd Blanche, the Senate Ethics Committee and the U.S. attorney for Northern Florida.

Nixon has not been charged with a crime.

The allegation centers on two disclosures she filed on Aug. 31.

Nixon’s Florida Form 6 reportedly lists $13,938.92 owed to the IRS and $17,609.28 owed to federal student-loan servicer Nelnet.

Both debts exceed the Senate’s $10,000 reporting threshold. Yet the Senate disclosure Nixon filed that same day reportedly lists her mortgages and car loan without including either balance.

NLPC counsel Paul Kamenar called the omission “no mere oversight” and requested civil and criminal enforcement under the Ethics in Government Act.

Nixon’s previous comments about those debts are now receiving renewed attention.

“Your girl over here is on a payment plan to pay the IRS $12,000 back,” she said during a July podcast.

“I ain’t made $105 billion, but you making me pay $12,000 to the feds? Like, really? It’s just, it is crazy.”

In a 2023 social-media post about her student loans, Nixon wrote: “It’s above me now. I don’t wanna pay it back. Education supposed to be free.”

Her state disclosure reportedly shows at least $270,000 in 2025 income from employment and investments. She also owns two Jacksonville homes.

Florida’s Department of Revenue previously issued three sales-tax warrants against Nixon’s company, Moxie Group LLC, between 2017 and 2021. The approximately $4,400 in taxes, interest and penalties was ultimately paid.

Someone campaigning to raise other Americans’ taxes should be completely transparent about her own debts to the government.

The referral contains allegations that have not been proven, and authorities have not announced any charges against Nixon.

Edwin Alexander Sosa-Gonzalez, a Honduran illegal alien, was drunk behind the wheel in Indianapolis on September 26. He slammed into another car at high speed, tore through a gas station parking lot, and killed 33-year-old Tamara Renee Thomas. Then he ran.

None of this should surprise anyone. He crossed illegally through Texas in July 2021. Border Patrol arrested him, and the Biden administration turned him loose anyway.

In February 2024 he was arrested in Indianapolis for drunk driving with no license after smashing into three parked cars. ICE picked him up. Biden's people let him bond out one day later.

An immigration judge ordered him deported on June 5, 2026. Less than four months later he was still here, drunk, and behind the wheel.

ICE has lodged a detainer asking Indiana not to let him walk. That should have happened years ago.

Open borders is not a slogan. It's a 33-year-old woman who never made it home.

Israeli media posted video of a bloodied Israeli passenger on board saying they had subdued the terrorist and needed help.

A former pilot says the copilot was reportedly Omani, and the plane dropped about 20,000 feet in seconds while going way past its max speed.

Israel scrambled fighter jets, and it sounds like an off-duty crew may have been the ones who took over and landed it safely in Saudi Arabia.

Every single person on that plane could be dead right now if those passengers had sat there and waited for someone else to act.

Instead, they fought back, and that's why we aren't talking about a massacre this morning.

Israel had better get every answer about that copilot, and so should we.
