(FR9007 RHO → MAN, 23/09/25 At Rhodes check-in desk 4 (12:15), staff refused our baby’s 2nd item, demanded €36, threatened police, ripped tags off bags & laughed at my wife’s anxiety attack saying “that’s your problem”. Refused her name. Please contact me directly

To confirm she didn’t have a leg to stand on and I wasn’t arrested as I didn’t react to her vile behaviour… glad to be back safe on British soil!

This Ryan air staff member threatened me in Rhodes airport whilst I had baby with me and tried to have me arrested. Laughed at me having anxiety saying “your problem” all because I questioned repaying for baby luggage I prebooked @Ryanair absolutely disgusting
