He takes over from Dr Jeff James who has led The National Archives successfully since 2014.

@annaturley She came to speak to my politics A-level class at (what was) South Park Sixth Form in about 1996 and then arranged for us to go to Parliament for a tour etc. I ended up working in HoP in a couple of different roles and often thought how lucky I had been to meet her!
