He was totally refusing to come to 3rd floor and since its an iphone & I have to make a video in front of him so I can not recieve it on the road
He deliberately rescheduled my delivery to tomorrow without my permission

Ordered an iPhone 13 in @amazonIN great indian festival & the delivery was expected by today. The delivery guy arrived at my location in the morning with my order but he refused to come to 3rd floor ( which I had already mentioned in my address)

I went to 2 of its authorized service center at Karol Bagh, Delhi
Both had closed their services for BOAT.
But these 2 service centers are still on their website.

So what is the point of 1 year warranty when you have no service support in Capital.

The open box was only to check if there is product in the box or not and nothing else
How can I check the model within fraction of seconds while the delivery boy was in hurry??

So when I checked the product again I found out it is the wrong model. Though 90% of the specs are similar to the prod. I ordrd but still it is another model
Now when I am trying to return it, it says it was open box dlvry and hence can not be returned

I ordered a @Lenovo_in laptop through @Flipkart few days ago. & received this yesterday. The product when I opened seems to be fine but when the laptop opened after all the procedure I found out that it has only 1 yr warranty while when I ordered it, it clearly said 2 yr warranty
