Publishing thoughtful, defensible pay ranges sends one signal: we've done the work, we know what our roles are worth, and we'll stand behind the numbers.

So when do you adjust what you have vs. start fresh?

We broke down 3 signs it’s time to build new ranges. 👇

2/ Rapid scaling & strategic shifts

A structure built for 50 people may not work for 500. If your business model or headcount has changed dramatically, tweaking old ranges may just delay the rebuild your growth already demands.
