@DoreJayne To some extent, yes. But I think the system makes it feel pointless. Safe seats are a democratic abomination and FPTP leaves the majority unrepresented in Parliament. Apathy won’t change that however. Only activism/giving a shit will.

They partially succeeded by securing mother & expectant mother in the Maternity Bill in place of 'person'
