#Plumstead residents complained about yet another 3 bed terraced house becoming a 6 bed HMO but @Royal_Greenwich still gave it the go-ahead.

Residents contacted me in despair at the daily mess in the street left by the many tenants!

Voted via post for @TheGreenParty & @thisisyourparty as they’re the only ones who bothered to knock my door & they live in the east of the borough which has been so neglected.
There’s no way I’d vote Tories, Reform or Labour in #Greenwich.

I’ve also alerted friends who live in the area & they say this isn’t the 1st time gangs like this have been brazenly storming the streets like this. There were others about who’d’ve seen this too eg woman walking dog. Very scary & intimidating.

@MetCC Thanks. Partner’s ringing 999 as not OK for residents to have to witness this regardless of whether an actual crime was committed against someone. There was a woman about walking dog so others must’ve seen them too. Must be on CCTV. Horrendous these gangs brazenly out doing this.

Wearing a mask isn’t a crime. They protested peacefully unlike the ‘Unite the kingdom” marches. The behaviour on those marches was reprehensible.

They have lived in Plumstead many years & never go to the high st either & are quite blunt to me why! It just doesn’t cater to them whatsoever, so why would they?

Still can’t fathom why two egg free cake shops next to each other are needed. As stated, nowhere down there gets my custom apart from the dry cleaners & very poor conduct by customers when I go in.

I criticised it when I moved to this part of London & got slated by do-gooders like that O’Boyle woman. The regeneration of the area can’t come too soon. Within 5 years should be totally transformed - for the better.
