@JoeSchmmoGaming Hi sorry for the delayed response, I suspect this is an issue with an update to security policies in browsers and you'll need to change your websocket ip in better points to 127.0.0.1 to be able to connect. If you're still stuck head over to our Discord.

We just upgraded our database hosting which should iron out the last of the kinks. There will always be more work to be done, but we think this recent bout of patching has brought our services to a very good standard.

Another hotfix today that completely replaces our websocket module. We're continuing to focus on eliminating the remaining issues with our back-end and things are starting to look good!

Hi all, we're in the middle of upgrading our servers, if you're experiencing any issues with Better Points just try refreshing the page. Some of our clients are connecting to the old server still and it may be causing issues!

We've had some reports of duplicate events coming from channel points. We've pushed out a small fix that should hopefully prevent this from happening.
