Serviced two neighbours both with Dimplex LA 6 MI airsource heat pumps.
Sadly one unit had a tiny little fella who met a sorry end.
Common sight to see evidence but rare to find the culprit.

Nice little plate cover addition to the condense tray. Water still able to pass but stops any debris (commonly leaves and small twigs) from blocking up the condense pipe. Perfect 👌
