@SamaHoole That seems better than the pre made junk put in front of US public school kids in last 25 years. Thankfully that’s changing w whole food requirements from DHHS. In 60-70’s meals were cooked by 4 women…from scratch & put a plate of fried fat back out for us to enjoy.

@SamaHoole True in my family. My grandfather ( farmer, home builder, apple orchard worker) was outside every day until his passing at age 91. Drank raw cow milk daily. Ate mostly home grown food.
