#Tallinn-based quality management platform @klausapp has been acquired by US technology company @Zendesk. It is an exit for Estonian @icebreakervc, #German venture funds @ActonCapital, @Global_Founders, #Sweden @creandum, and investors @KVilosius and @andruspurde.

Klaus is a customer service quality management app for running an effective QA process, coaching agents, and boosting customer retention. It was founded in 2017 by @kairkasper and @k6iva.

The artificial intelligence-based feedback automation platform allows companies to analyze the quality and reach of customer interactions. The service can identify conversations with a positive or negative connotation, identify outliers, and flag the risk of customer churn. The startup has raised a total of $19.9M in funding.

Zendesk offers customers a comprehensive employee engagement management (#WEM) solution based on artificial intelligence, while Klaus' technology will serve as a quality assurance service.
