@delta and @klm how does one get a rapid antigen test within 4 hours if the flight is scheduled at 6am departure, when transiting through NL on a 2 hour layover? The flight remains scheduled, all test centers are closed at 2 am....I understand the PCR, but this is impossible.
@KLM I understand, but the flight has not changed, and the there is no testing facility opened at 3-5 am at the airport or elsewhere in Germany. The PCR test is not problem.
@Delta The PCR test is no problem, the newest requirement is the problem. There is not test center opened in Stuttgart in the middle of the night. I have 5 times to reach DELTA to no avail.
@KLM Social distancing not possible? How come other airlines made it possible? And they also had their crew wear masks, gloves and clean the aircraft. It doesn't matter how much you clean if people are in close contact and contamination is inevitable. Guess only the crew matters.
@KLM what happened to social distancing? You have a fully booked flight from ATL to AMS with no respect for people's health. I am not worried about me, my concern is for the middle aged lady next to us. Very disrespectful!
@Delta This was horrible. The most uncomfortable flight ever. Tickets weren't cheap either and the seat being broken and not able to recline was the icing on the cake. Do you inspect the interior of the plane at all? Looks like you did not.
@Delta my international flight from ATL to STR DL116 had broken arm rests, missing light cover, seats that would not remain reclined, dirt on walls, which made me feel unsafe. What a shame?! Delta has been my airline of choice. Time for change. #noqualitystandards#Shameful
