This morning in New York, I discussed with Dr. Vera Songwe at the Unstoppable Africa event, themed: Trade Winds of Change: Africa's New Agency in South-South Alliances. I highlighted our government's progress in positioning Sierra Leone as a key trading partner and improving trade structures.

As ECOWAS chair, I reaffirmed my commitment to working with other Heads of State to strengthen regional ties for a prosperous future for our youth and people.
