Had the wonderful news we have been awarded lottery funding .The funding will enable us to provide two meetings every month. Thus enabling the group to accommodate new members to our group. We are all delighted.

Potteries Helping Hands Dementia group held an end of lottery funded project. Although funding ended members agreed to continue. Shared the wonderful news we had been successful with funding for a new project. More information to follow Lord Mayor opened the event.

Potteries Helping Hands Dementia Group met with representatives from the memory clinic to discuss our proposal for post diagnosis dementia. They agreed any relevant support for newly diagnosed people would be beneficial #dementia@Innov_Dementia
@Amanda_Vickery Spot on. It's leaving a lot of older people feeling that they are losing control of their everyday lives. In particular, the shift from in-person banking to digital banking has meant many older people now struggle to manage their finances + enjoy less social interactions.
