I believe there should be no borders as long as its remote work. Value, skill, roles and responsibilities should be compensated fairly.

Do you think workers should be paid the same salary regardless of what country they live in?

If two people are doing the exact same job, working the same hours, and delivering the same results, should they earn the same amount?

Or is location-based pay fair because the cost of living, local market rates, and hiring costs differ from country to country?

@Chioma__Amadi Location ahould not matter if the job roles, responsibilities ans KPIs are the same. Cost of living affects every one inspite of location. There should be no borders when working remotely
