@VirginAtlantic you change our flights and the refuse to speak to us - directing us through booking agent. What has it got to do with them - you changed our flights not the agent. Absolutely rubbish service

@AerLingus a day of going and back forth with your twitter customer care team. Kings of deflection. Call customer services, yes did that last week 53 minutes and was told just wait to be contacted. In meantime you are leaving booked customers high and dry. Appalling.
