@AmericanAir I'm so disappointed. They charged my husband for one bag when I paid for two bags. Please send me a link. I will provide a receipt for reimbursement for my one bag.
@Delta Hello, we are on flight 462. I have a complaint. We were not offered anything to drink or earphones. Before the flight departs, this is the standard in my experience. In the class that I'm sitting in, it's automatic???
@Delta I am very upset at the disgraceful actions of the crew. My husband, who is a wheelchair passenger and million miler, was left on flight 744 from ATL to RDU. The entire crew departed the aircraft. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. we will be writing a letter to @Ed Bastian.
