I am asking you to look into what has been happening around Infold Games / Papergames and its female player community over the past three months.

This is no longer a fandom disagreement about a fictional character.

After Valko was removed, players asking for transparency documented months of harassment, bullying, censorship and doxxing.

One woman who publicly supported Valko had her personal information exposed, and her small business was targeted and damaged. Other players have documented coordinated harassment, intimidation, deleted comments and attacks on people who kept asking the company for answers.

There is another deeply disturbing part of this story.

On Weibo, prominent fandom accounts have invoked sensitive historical subjects, including Unit 731, as weapons in fandom conflicts and attacks against other players. Screenshots of this content have circulated publicly.

Historical atrocities should never become ammunition in a fandom war.

Valko was also targeted through accusations invoking sensitive issues, including women’s safety. Some harassers then used those narratives to justify ridiculing and intimidating people who defended him or simply demanded transparency.

Infold remained silent.

That silence is not neutral.

When a company watches members of its own customer community being harassed and doxxed for months while continuing to monetize them, it sends a brutal message: their safety matters less than their money.

As an international player, I also want to ask why global customers are treated as though we have fewer rights to information, communication and respect.

We pay for the same game, buy the same products and support the same Chinese IP internationally. Yet global players are repeatedly left without meaningful communication while decisions affecting the product we paid for are made behind closed doors.

And now, after three months of harassment, unanswered questions and unresolved harm, Infold releases heavily sexualized promotional content and continues monetizing its female audience as though nothing happened.

The company can ignore women asking for answers, accountability and protection from harassment, then immediately remember those same women when there is new sexualized content to sell.

Is this really how a Chinese entertainment company wants to represent itself abroad?

Is this the consumer culture China wants its entertainment companies to export: women treated as walking wallets whose concerns can be ignored until the next attractive man appears on screen?

Chinese women do not deserve this treatment. Neither do international women.

I am not asking journalists to take my side in a fandom dispute. I am asking you to examine a larger story:

A major Chinese entertainment company built an enormously profitable product around women, encouraged deep emotional and financial investment, then remained silent while parts of that audience were harassed, doxxed and intimidated after questioning the company’s decisions.

Women’s safety was turned into a weapon in fandom conflicts. Historical atrocities such as Unit 731 were dragged into those same conflicts. People demanding transparency were harassed.

And the company kept selling.

I have screenshots, timelines, public statements, examples of censorship, records of harassment and documentation from affected players.

Please look at what is happening.

Women are customers, not livestock.
International customers are not second-class customers.
Historical tragedy and women’s safety are not weapons for fandom harassment.
Sexualized fanservice does not erase three months of silence.

Why has Infold refused meaningful communication?
Why has it allowed this environment to continue?
And why has a company whose business depends almost entirely on women shown so little responsibility toward the women who built its success?

9月9日我看到一篇俄语区姐妹伤心的推文，看完心里很难过，反馈给了vip客服。前后换了2位客服跟我对接。

第一位看到我说这是global服务器的评价，说是不属于简中管理范围不予反馈。

第二位我发了推文图片还没说任何话，他发了一个阴阳怪气嫌弃的表情包。我质问他，你什么意思？他没有回答我。

很抱歉。这就是Infold员工的素质。或许不能以一概全，但对于一个目标是走向全球的公司来说，这样的员工哪怕有一个都足够严重。

Честно хочу высказаться и это может звучать грубо для кого-то, отчего я опять к некоторым отлечу в ЧС, потому что имею другое мнение, но уже всë равно спустя 82 дня и что пережили во время бойкота.

Я никогда не верила в то, что нет мульти = значит скоро вернут Валко. Я лишь видела, как люди хотят верить в то, что хотят, нежели столкнуться с реальностью и думать рационально. Нам показали мульти из 5 и там нет Валко. Они убрали его контент, хотя он должен там был быть.

Я никогда не верила, что компания с нами общается через шифры, ибо это бред и это НЕ нормальная коммуникация. Поэтому не верила ни в какие даты, которые люди предполагали на основе этих шифров. Нормальные компании общаются с аудиторией и улучшают ситуацию.

И самое обидное, что реалистов и пессимистов отправляли в чс, а по итогу они оказались правы, что будет мульти. Многие, не все, настолько стали жить в иллюзиях, что некоторые просто не готовы были к мульти из 5 ЛИ, хотя другие говорили, что так и будет.

После сегодняшнего анонса вы и дальше находиться в иллюзиях или начнëте принимать реальность? Если компания с нами никогда нормально на прямую не общалась, то о каких шифрах может идти речь?

Я продолжу дальше бороться за Валко, несмотря на всë. Менее буду актива тут, но за кадром тоже что-то делать для Валко. Вот и всë.
