@virginmedia totally ridiculous have been cut off on the telephone AGAIN after 52 minutes when we were allegedly being transferred to a manager to deal with our complaint!!! Absolutely no consideration of customers disabilities

@virginmedia This is a problem, my husband has hearing difficulties and finds calls difficult as he lip reads. All calls involve someone to recap what has been said. This doubles time of calls & is frustrating for him & the agent. We need a correspondence address and someone who will read it
