The chilling case of Alioune Sow (21) is set for a 2-week trial in Dungannon Crown Court this September, where the incarcerated man with a west-African surname is up on a wrath of severe charges [inc. SEVEN counts of rape, stabbing, GBH, ABH, kidnapping]. Late on the 11th May 2025 police were called to the Clinton Centre in Enniskillen after a young woman had reported that another resident (Sow) was trying to break into her room with an axe and a knife. When police officers arrived, they were met by multiple frightened residents, among them a young lad with wounds visible on his face and arms (Sow had fled and two knives found in the stairway). Speaking privately to the police, the young lad disclosed he was subjected to an insidious and prolonged attack by Sow. That Sow entered his room earlier that day, headbutted him, forcefully dragged him back to Sow’s room and prevented him from leaving over the span of the day. During this time, he was repeatedly punched, kicked and headbutted by Sow’ Then threatening him with a serrated blade, he said Sow told him “bad things would happen” if he refused to do what he was told. Sow forced him to perform sexual acts while he cut at his victim’s chest, back, arms and hip. It’s argued that Sow continued to rape the terrified lad and the sicko recorded it on his phone. I believe Sow went looking for another victim, armed and dangerous; it was then that police were called. Sow was located and arrested a while later. He’s been remanded in custody at Hydebank since the 14th May 2025.
How does a ferocious thug with thirty-six criminal/violent convictions, only out of prison (jailed for 6 months in February 2024 for carrying a bladed weapon in Derry), get housed in the Clinton Centre in Enniskillen by a non-profit youth organisation called UISCE (Understanding Ireland Socially Culturally and Economically). The Clinton Centre is demised to the private limited company UISCE but still to this day locals are bewildered with its actual purpose, operations and benefit to the local community. Indeed, UISCE appears to be a one-man-band (Keith Mc Nair) with zero employees, that exists solely on the kindness of its volunteers and donors. Who are these donors? Are they aware that the Centre is housing perilous criminals such as Sow? How does the Clinton Centre continue to operate with an annual loss of £17k and current liabilities of over £192k? Where is the money coming from? Bear in mind this is a poignant centre for the people of Enniskillen, built on the grounds of the atrocious bombing there in 1987 that killed 12 souls; a beacon of hope, peace and reconciliation for our people there since 2002. So, why was Alioune Sow placed there?
Why was Sow placed at the Clinton Centre when it is an educational hub for international students and emerging peace-building leaders? Why was he there when the centre is located beside an all-girls grammar school? Why was this dangerous psycho, Alioune Sow, living in an educational youth centre when he was such a severe threat? Which local charity contacted UISCE/Clinton Centre manager, Keith Mc Nair, to ask him to accommodate “young adults who were experiencing personal challenges” like Sow? How many more are there? And who the hell was responsible for the safeguarding of the young people, who resided in the upper-floor accommodation at the Clinton Centre in Enniskillen when Sow was vetted and approved?
It appears that soon after arriving at the Clinton Centre in Enniskillen, Sow began to groom a vulnerable child who was a resident of a local care home. In September 2024 Sow was arrested and served with a CAWN (Child Abduction Warning Notice) after it was alleged he abducted the minor overnight. He was bailed, due to the delay in obtaining phone evidence, back to the Clinton Centre where it’s said he broke the no-contact condition multiple times. Within just TWO MONTHS, the child was reported missing at least TWELVE TIMES with five of these being confirmed in the company of Sow. Every time she was with him she was deemed high-risk of immediate harm by Sow, while he brazenly continued to groom her. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN! There were photos found on the girls’ phone of her and Sow together in the Clinton Centre so why was this allowed to go on for so long? Was Keith Mc Nair facilitating Alioune Sow’s behaviour by allowing this young vulnerable girl to hide in the Clinton Centre?
At Sow’s abduction hearing on the 7th November 2024, a DC told the court that Sow had formed a relationship with the then 15 year old child “who resides in a care facility from which she regularly goes missing”. Furthermore, when Clinton Centre manager Keith Mc Nair appeared in court, he gave a glowing testimony of a close friendship with Sow who had frequented Keith’s personal home for dinner. In Keith’s own words they had a “great time” and Sow was “good fun”. Personally, I think that is just creepy! Keith then tried to argue that it was the child’s fault, she was the instigator and she was to blame – something shut down instantly by the Judge as “a thread of victim-blaming”. Despite police objections and safeguarding concerns, Sow was bailed back to the Clinton Centre in Enniskillen. Why was this dangerous criminal allowed to stay at the Centre when he was charged with abducting a child? And what kind of safeguarding policies does Keith Mc Nair have in place at the Clinton Centre when this is happening on HIS WATCH?
On 5th February 2025, Keith Mc Nair was charged with obstructing police from executing their duties. Allegedly, Keith was quite uncooperative regarding police access for bail checks at the Clinton Centre and had been very vocal in demanding the police respect his “private property”. He wanted things done his way with seemingly no regard to the urgency of the situation of the missing child, nor the immediate danger she could be in, according to police. Yet again Sow was arrested but this time he was remanded into custody for allegedly contacting the girl via an anonymous Snapchat account. Aggressive messages from that account were found by police on the child’s phone together with venomous voice clips demanding to know why she was not responding.
However, on the 10thApril 2025 Sow was bailed back to the Clinton Centre, with the strict condition of no-contact with any minors under 18. What is going on here? Were there any under-18’s staying at the centre while Sow was residing there? Why did Keith Mc Nair buddy-up with Sow and allow him free roam of the centre? Did Keith Mc Nair turn a blind eye and actively protect Alioune Sow at the Clinton Centre in Enniskillen, where he would eventually go on to carry out his sinister campaign of violence. Unsurprisingly, in July ’25 the child abduction case was dropped because the child was too frightened of Sow and his associates. In December ‘25 Sow was given a 6-month suspended sentence in Derry for breaking into a 90 year old woman’s home in 2023, an incident that lasted several hours with no further details provided. This case literally exposes a system that is broken and corrupt, when the safeguarding of children is not front and centre of everything they do. Shame on them!

34 hours until he is released. 34 hours until the justice i thought i got is half snatched away. He was sentenced to 17 years in Feb 2019, the first slap in the face was it being reduced to 15 years because "he did charity work in pakistan" while on the run for my rape. Second was finding out he is only serving 7.5 years of that reduced sentence.
Cant help but count it down even though I am torturing myself.
Worst thing is I will be doing this same count down 4 more times in the next 12 month as more are released at just 50% of their sentence.
This is the rape and child sexual abuse justice in the U.K.
None existent.
I know I should feel lucky that atleast mine went to prison in the first place, since less that 2% of rape cases even make it to court here, but i dont.
Instead I feel like the 5 year investigation and the hell i was put through was simply for nothing. I feel like justice was promised and dangled infront of my face, only to be snatched away again.
I was failed to begin with by the institutions letting my abuse continue for so long. It was enabled and I was blamed.
I was failed by having to fight just to be believed.
Now I feel failed again. I fought so hard but its getting snatched away again.
I dont know how the government expects victims to engage in this inquiry while releasing the very people that took their childhood and big chunks of their adulthood away from them.
Its like a cruel game that I do not want to play.
