@bt_uk appalling, discussed cancellation mid May with a bt colleague , didn’t tell me it wasn’t cancelled properly - ironic given my question was how do I send back equipment and I’ll be due a refund. Today I’m told it’s been cancelled email says 11th July - how do I complain?

@paullewismoney They left my OH without wages for almost a month at Christmas, he’s paid in USD hence using revolut . No person to speak to all details same as every other month. Never used them since . Monzo or Chase for foreign spending now
