@ParisAeroport you need better protocols for handling emergencies. Information should be posted so that travelers know who to call and where to go. Vendors should know the same, especially the ones @Starbucks this morning.

Just witnessed an accident where a child was severely burned by scalding coffee at the Terminal K @Starbucks in @ParisAeroport CDG. Staff members froze while the girl screamed in pain. Patrons had to suggest emergency services & assist with locating medical aid. Unacceptable.

@Starbucks you can do better. Staff should be trained to call for help in an emergency. Coffee shouldn’t be so hot that it causes instant skin blistering. Have you learned nothing from @McDonalds?
