Most of my 55 years I have not had fluoridated water. I was forced to chew fluoride tablets (gee maybe that’s why I had trouble learning at school) because we were on tank water and fluoride was SOOO important in 1975. Since 1980 very little exposure to fluoride. Never get cavities.
