@MartinSLewis any suggestions on how to get energy companies to actually listen to and address your concerns? I wouldn’t mind but I’ve been trying to rectify a mistake they initially made and wanted to pay them money but they’ve made it extremely challenging

Absolutely appalled at the customer service I have received from @ScottishPower since August. Have had to put in a complaint to get any contact in regards to our issue and even the handling of the complaint has been appalling @SP_EnergyPeople
