- Student must be a BCFES Participant.
- Student must be eligible for free/reduced lunch or are Pell-eligible.

Did you know? The San Antonio Juneteenth Commission was created in 1996 to honor and celebrate the emancipation of black people in Texas and to provide a national platform of recognition for all black people in America.
Every year, they host the Juneteenth Festival, consisting of multiple events across town. Join them in promoting healthy living within our families and communities at the Juneteenth Health and Wellness Fair this Saturday, June 17 from 11am-2pm.
Starting with the Stonewall Uprising in June 1969, Pride Month both commemorates and celebrates LGBTQIA+ activism and culture through the years. Pride Month is an entire month dedicated to uplifting LGBTQIA+ voices, celebrating LGBTQIA+ culture, and supporting LGBTQIA+ rights.

At our BCFES LIVE event, a panel of extraordinary young people shared their stories of resiliency and triumph on their journey of educational success and career attainment. There are great things in store for these young adults and we are so grateful to be a part of that journey!
