There’s no reason why Kathy Allen shouldn’t be getting the information she needs after requesting it more than once. We’ve also heard more than once now that Rick will call and get no response. He feels close to Andy, like Andy actually cared - and we love that about Andy too. Granted, you guys are no longer his lawyers - but PLEASE make the man you yourself say is a FACTUALLY innocent a little bit more of a priority. We are trying to save his life here. @virginmedia @pwsimerimiaw I have been waiting for 4 weeks and had to reorder landline port twice since. No lifeline for 4 weeks and missed medical appointments, and hospital consultations. Worst switch experience ever. And no consideration for already very sick people.

@pwsimerimiaw Just the thought of having to go through security questions and explaining to yet another person fills me with dread which equals more pain, I wish I stayed with BT-I hope you get your issues resolved with as little energy and stress as possible.
